Vinification and aging : Grape juice was placed in stainless steel tanks for fermentation. After the fermentation the wine was placed in special tanks for the storage before bottling.

Organoleptic data : An interesting aroma of pear, melon, citrus and tropical white fruits can be felt in the wine. The wine has light, balanced, lively aroma and higher than average acidity. The wine is characterized by a long finish.

Recommended serving temperature : 5-6°C.

Pairings : Serve with cheese, light salads and fish.
